The one who read 004's soul and informed him he was a Mesiter. Mysterious fellow. Apparently not human and was also able to 'smell' that 004's body contained metal and machinery. He made 004 a little uncomfortable, but he doesn't think that Sohki has any ill will toward him.

One of the first residents he really spoke to. His age and seemingly apathetic attitude concerned him a little, but he doesn't blame Soul for that. He'd be interested to get to know him better, maybe when he doesn't seem quite so bored.

Interesting girl, from a world where use of magic is the norm. She seems very friendly and kind, and also has friends back home that she worries for. They've only had one conversation but hit it off pretty well from the start. He's curious to learn more about her world and the 'Stellar Spirits.'
